Findings highlight the necessity of integrating digital technology, leveraging data analytics, and developing strategic partnerships as key elements in improving operational efficiency and gaining competitive advantage in an increasingly complex market. In Semarang, integrating information systems and technology within the supply chain remains a major challenge for logistics firms. Despite efforts to enhance operational efficiency and service responsiveness, inadequate integration leads to issues such as fragmented data access, less accurate tracking, and high complexity in integrating different platforms. Constraints between platforms, data format disparities, and system interoperability pose critical barriers to innovation. Potential solutions include using integrated platforms or industry standards like EDI or open APIs to facilitate smoother integration. Recommended strategic approaches encompass deep customer needs analysis, service flexibility, technology utilization, strategic partnerships, and continuous adaptation of logistics strategies.
