Pengaruh Fasilitas Dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT IDT Trans Agency Cabang Satui
Abstract
The ship agency industry has an important role in supporting the smooth operation of shipping and maritime trade in Indonesia. PT IDT TRANS AGENCY Satui Branch as a company engaged in ship repair services faces challenges in maintaining and improving employee performance. One of the issues identified is limited work facilities and high levels of work stress felt by employees, which can have a negative impact on productivity and service quality. Therefore, this research was conducted to examine the extent to which work facilities and work stress influence employee performance. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of closed questionnaires and field observations of 38 employees in three divisions: agents on board, agent smoke agent clearance in/out. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with validity testing, t-test reliability, F test, and coefficient of determination. The research results show that work facilities have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while work stress has a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, both variables influence employee performance with a determination value of 89.1%. The conclusion of this research confirms that improving work facilities and good management of work stress can significantly improve employee performance. It is recommended that company management evaluate work systems, improve work accommodation, and work time management in order to create a more productive and mentally healthy work environment.
